We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive tour merchandise and limited edition drops may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the apparel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
